And I fail guys, I’m too hungry and now I’m munchin on mamee monster. 10.27am.
WHERE IS MY 50KG/???/ So hard ya. I realize that when I’m sad, I’m not hungry.
But when I’m happy and in normal mood, I tend to be very hungry quickly. And
that’s really alarming.
Need to set in my mind that fitness and diet is FOREVER. In
the downside, since I know that it’s gonna be forever, so I care less if I
miss, I’ll be like, nevermind, can do tomorrow. Aiyaa. Need to get rid of this
mentality, so we can be together, foreverrr.
