50kg is the goal ya. Every single day, with that in your
head ya Sharifah. Even when you had a&w 2 piece chicken and rice and even
worse, rootbeer with ice cream. WHAT IS THAT. What is diet ya? What is cut
sugar? Where is your one meal a day plan; OMAD waklu. You even had rice at 1 am

yesterday or the day before yesterday, I saw scha al yahya story that she
really still go to gym even when she’s thin and never fat at all.
This is seriously a lifelong commitment.
I only exercise for 6 minutes. That’s only because I sped up the video. From
today session, no more sped up version ya. You’re cheating sharifah. Please take
